1. How does your service work?
View our "How It Works" page. 2. How much does your service cost? View our "Pricing Plans" page. 3. Am I required to sign a long term contract? No. All our plans are month-to-month terms. 4. What if I cancel my account in the middle of the month, do I get a pro-rated refund? No. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month, for the entire month. We do not pro-rate any cancellations. 5. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? YES. You can upgrade or downgrade at anytime. The cost of the new plan will be billed on your credit card on the 1st of the following month. 6. How do I send a 'text blast' to all the cellphone numbers in my database? Login into your account and complete the "send text blast form" (you'll see the box on the right-hand side, when you login into your account) or call 800-548-9581. 7. Can I use a custom logo or image on our mobile-optimized ad? YES. Please contact us & work with you to make your image available for your ad ($100 1-time setup fee). 8. How do I know if anyone in texting my keyword? Everytime someone texts your keyword, you'll be sent an email. |
